Mindfulness Monday – Self

“The most powerful

relationship you will

ever have is the

relationship with yourself.”

~Steve Maraboli

“To be beautiful means

to be yourself.

You don’t need

to be accepted by others.

You need to accept

yourself.”

~Thich Nhat Hanh

“Be the silent watcher

of your thoughts and behavior.

You are beneath the thinker.

You are stillness beneath

the mental noise.

You are the love and

joy beneath the pain.”

~Eckhart Tolle

I’m thrilled to announce that Lorraine has agreed be a regular contributor to Mindfulness Monday. She has been so amazing filling in for me on the many days when I just didn’t feel like I could look at the computer; and, I think you’ll all agree, she has done an awesome job. I hope you will welcome her and continue to enjoy the quotes and photos she shares with us.

Don’t worry, I’m not giving up my blog, or Mindfulness Monday. It is my hope that I will be able to focus on more in depth posts again, and I will still contribute to Mindfulness Monday as I increase my mindfulness practice.

    • You are so sweet!!! I woke up with a really good hair day and went crazy taking pictures. LOL I’ve been away from IG for a while now, I’ve missed seeing your beautiful face. I need to get over there soon.
So much to do, so little drive.
      xoxo 💕

  1. Thank you for welcoming me to Mindfulness Mondays. Besides never minding giving you a hand with the post, doing the search for the quotes is good for me as I learn mindfulness practice too.
Love the photo shoot! Which one will be your new avatar/face of picnic with ants, lol?

    • So funny about the pictures of me, I literally just woke up, shook my head and thought….wow, great bed head…and tried to get a good picture to send to S. You see the results here. With a lot of laughter.
Change my avatar? That would require much more thought.
I’m so glad you enjoy mindfulness days. 😉
