  1. Hello Wendy. How are you? I love the quote by Jon Kabat-Zinn. I’ve been feeling very dizzy recently and frustrated that I can’t do everything i want to, especially on my weekends. It’s good to remember to focus sometimes on breathing and the positives. Thank you for sharing, and I hope you are well.

      An increase in symptoms recently.
      I read you last post. I’m sorry I haven’t been around to comment. (I have your posts emailed to me)
      I’ll try and get over there soon….I’m really slack lately.
