“Wear gratitude like a cloak and it will feed every corner of your life.”
~Rumi
“Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos into order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.”
~Melody Beattie

Its so true, we take things for granted, and to stop andthink about the wonderful things in life. When your ill you only think of whats bothering you, My balance issues keep me from doing what I like that is the only thing on my mind. I scan the internet for ways of curing it,excercises and everything else. Now I am going for therapy, it seems you get stuck in your misery. I am glad you post this every monday, you make me stop and think of all the other things in life. Bless You,Natalie

Thank you Natalie. There may not be a cure for the dizziness, but there may be ways to deal with it better. Don’t give up. Therapy did wonders for me. I hope it helps you. xo
