How do you find an inner calm while being chronically ill?
Great quotes! I find that getting back in touch with nature helps me get more centered and clarity is more likely. Water, along with this, is the best conduit for making this happen. They say that water is the energy source and maybe that is why I gain a lot of clarity in the shower.

I too find calm around water. I’d love to live closer to a body of water. A nice bath will have to do. 😀

It’s always nice to read positive quotes – I sometimes listen to relaxation music too (storm or rainforest sounds).
