I do not see an animal.
I see a living being.
I see a friend.
I feel a soul.”

That’s why having a nice furry pet is such a good thing for people. 😉

Reblogged this on Lorraine's frilly freudian slip and commented:
Wendy — your artwork is amazing!
Animals are special — and Eckhart Tolle has it right. Cats are zen masters, but dogs are very special too.

Excellent, my Dear Wendy! And, incidentally, I have 3 Zen masters living with me, teaching things. 🙂

Aww, I love kitties!
What do they look like?
How old are they?
The grey kitty above was ours, he died last April, we miss him so.
The orange cat is a friend’s, she commissioned me to paint him. I think he’s the best pet portrait I’ve done so far.
I love animals and I’m so happy I’ve found that I’m pretty good at painting them.
xoxo love to you my friend.

Thank You, my Dear Wendy! …I would only say that my Cats are Super Beautiful!
My Tom is about 5 (human) years old, my Favourite Cat is some 15 months old, and another, who has joined me from the wild seems to be some 3 years old.
Condolences on Your Grey Kitty. …I had cried when one of my Cats died in my arms.
It is Amazing that You paint Cats! I would imagine that it is quite a difficult thing. Kudos on that.
Love and Regards to You, too, my Dear Wendy! 🙂
